About delivery:● The cost of delivering our printers across Ukraine and around the world is completely free for our customers.● Delivery within Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta and takes from 1 to 3 days.● We guarantee the delivery of our printers in proper technical condition, regardless of the method and location of delivery.● Delivery outside Ukraine is carried out by Ukrposhta and its partner DHL Expre and takes an average of about 10 days. Delivery delays are possible due to enhanced customs control. When delivering outside Ukraine, additional local duty may be charged, which is paid by the buyer upon receipt of the printer. By agreement with the buyer, delivery by other methods is possible.● We do not sell or deliver InnaPrint printers to terrorist countries: Russia, Iran, Belarus, and North Korea.

About technical support:By purchasing our printer, you get not only a reliable and easy-to-use tool for your confectionery creativity, but also our support and assistance throughout the entire period of operation of the printer.
We provide technical support to our customers 24/7.
Together with the printer you will get access to our Google Drive with lots of ready-to-print images, fancy fonts, useful programs, recipes and instructions. On our Youtube channel you can find step-by-step video instructions from unpacking to printing. View lessons on preparing images for printing, learn about the algorithm for caring for the printer and eliminating possible defects and improving print quality.

Returns and warranty

At InnaPrint we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, our return and refund process is simple and hassle-free.

Return Policy:

    Deadline: You can return any item within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

    Items must be in their original packaging and be in like new condition. Items that show signs of use may be subject to a return fee.

Refunds:

What is covered by the warranty:

    Defects in materials and workmanship, and functional failures. We will repair or replace products that are defective or do not function properly due to manufacturing issues.

What is not covered by the warranty:

    The warranty does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, and unauthorized repairs. This also applies to items such as rubber rollers, cables, belts, and other consumables.
