How much will shipping cost me?
Delivery in Ukraine and around the world is completely free for you. When delivering outside Ukraine, local duty may be charged upon receipt.
Can I buy a printer in installments and what will be the overpayment?
Yes, the printer can be purchased in installments with a breakdown of up to six months/payments. To purchase in installments, you must place an order on the Prom.ua website. There will be no overpayments on your part. We cover all commissions. The only condition is that you must have a credit card from Monobank or Privatbank with an appropriate credit limit.
Does the printer come with ink?
Yes, all our printers come with one set of KOPYFORM food-grade inks made in Germany. Usually, we ship printers already filled with ink in Ukraine, and abroad the ink comes in a set.
How much edible ink is enough?
One ink refill is enough for approximately 3,000 printed A4 tables. The quantity is very approximate and depends on the degree of ink filling of the products.
Where can I buy edible ink?
If necessary, you can purchase an additional set of inks with the printer. We will also provide links to online stores for purchasing edible inks in Ukraine, the European Union, and the USA.
How often do I need to change my ink cartridges?
All our printers are equipped with a continuous ink supply system and do not require replacing cartridges, you only need to add ink to the appropriate tanks.
Is it difficult to refill the printer with ink?
No, it's not difficult at all. Just open the rubber stopper, add ink, and close the stopper.
How long can you leave the printer unused without the ink drying out?
The printer can easily withstand downtime from several weeks to several months. The main thing is to follow the procedure for turning off the printer.
Does the printer come with special printing software?
InnaPrint printers do not require special software. You can print directly from most graphic or text editor. For beginners, we recommend using Microsoft Word. More advanced users may prefer Adobe Photoshop or another graphics editor. The printer includes with a driver installation disk for PC.A mobile printing app is also available on Google Play and the App Store.
My laptop doesn't have a disk drive. Can I install drivers on it?
Yes, you can. We will provide you with a link to download the drivers from the Internet.
Do you have a chat room where you can exchange printables and tips with other crafters?
No, we do not have such a chat. We provide all the necessary consultations ourselves, 24/7. We also provide all our clients with access to our Google Drive, from which you can freely download many ready-made pictures, beautiful fonts, useful programs, and read recipes and instructions.
Is it difficult to set up the printer?
Together with the printer, we provide a paper step-by-step setup guide, you can also use the video instruction by scanning the QR code in the paper manual. If necessary, we can remotely connect to your computer and perform all the settings and help with printing.

1. Decide for what purposes you plan to use our printer.
2. The models differ only in the maximum height of the products on which you can print and the height of the printer itself:● IP-5 can print on products with a height of 0 to 5 cm. The height of the case is 273 mm.● IP-10 can print on products with a height of 0 to 10 cm. The height of the case is 375 mm.● IP-15 can print on products with a height of 0 to 15 cm. The height of the case is 425 mm.
